Director - Amanda Parsons
My name is Amanda Parsons, and I am originally from Webberville, MI. I have two wonderful parents, Rick and Teri
Parsons and a very loving older sister, Andrea.
I graduated from Webberville high school and traveled up
to Central Michigan University to receive my undergraduate degree
in Elementary Education. I spent 5 wonderful years up there getting
a major in Language Arts and a minor in Early Childhood Education.
After I graduated with my bachelor’s degree from CMU, I was offered a
wonderful job opportunity in Holt, MI as a long term substitute teacher
in a second grade classroom. I have been the luckiest teacher alive
because I have an amazing classroom of students that are so willing to
learn!
I am so excited to start off this summer as the director of
daycare! Thank you for all the support and this wonderful opportunity!
I cannot wait to meet you and your children as I continue to further
their education and give them fun and exciting opportunities to grow as
individuals!
Lead Teacher - Kate Tersigni
Kate lives in Fowlerville with her husband and their six children. She has spent the last year substitute teaching and caring for her children. Kate is great addition the Alphabet Soup staff. She is great with children and enjoys watching them grow!
Kate and her husband are active in the Fowlerville as her husband Tim is a local business owner. They are great advocates of the community.

Jamie Culver
Jamie lives in Fowlerville with her three children, twins Jozlynn and Alexander, and an older son Kaiden.
After taking their kids to various child care facilities, she determined it would be better to bring someone in to their home to watch her children. She loved how it was working out, but was still disappointed that there was no center in Fowlerville for them to enrich themselves and attend. Wanting the best for her children, she decided to open the children’s center. She hopes to provide enriched care at a more affordable price to parents in the area.
Jamie obtained her Master’s in Health Care Administration at Central Michigan University and works at Reliant Renal Care as a Regional Director of Operations for MI.
